Unser Standardseminar, wenn Sie die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation kennenlernen möchten, für Neulinge und Wiedereinsteiger:innen konzipiert. Hier erlernen Sie die Basics der GFK.
In diesem Zwei-Tages-Seminar lernen und üben Sie aktiv die Grundhaltung und Techniken der GFK nach Rosenberg.

NVC Basics in Fürth
This course introduces the core principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and offers a practical, experience-based approach to conscious and compassionate communication.
You will learn how to:

express yourself clearly and honestly

listen with empathy and presence

handle challenging conversations with more calm and clarity

strengthen relationships in both personal and professional contexts
Through short inputs, guided exercises, and real-life examples, you will practice applying the four key elements of Nonviolent Communication: observation, feelings, needs, and requests.
The course is interactive, reflective, and practical – with space for your own questions and situations.
It supports you in communicating more authentically, setting clear boundaries, and creating connection instead of conflict.
Seminar Fees
You can choose between three pricing options:

Self-Funded Rate: €329
For private participants paying out of pocket, or self-employed participants with an annual turnover below €28,000. -
Standard Rate: €890
For professional development funded by your employer, or for self-employed participants with an annual turnover above €28,000. -
Reduced Student / Social Rate: €190
Available for students, trainees, or participants who are currently unemployed.
